The Súsedská Lookout Tower is 21 metres high and has 99 steps. It can be reached via paths for pedestrians and cyclists, is not accessible by car and is open free of charge all year round. The first mention of Žádovice dates back to 1131. A prominent religious building is the Žádovský Church. The church is dedicated to Saint John of Nepomuk, who is also the patron saint of Žádovice. Construction began in 1992, was completed in June 1996 and the church was consecrated on 6 July 1996. This site therefore brings together a long local history and a church building from the more recent past.

The municipal office is also connected with local cultural activities. The ceramics course in Žádovice takes place from October until the end of May in the municipal office building and has a potter’s wheel. Fruit growing and winegrowing are among the defining local themes, with a long tradition in Žádovice. Fěruňk is the largest vineyard area in Žádovice. Another tradition is embodied by the Žadovjáci brass band. It was founded in 1955 and developed into one of the leading amateur brass orchestras in the region and throughout the country.
