The Dlouhá Lhota railway stop began operating on 27 November 1905, together with the Mladá Boleslav–Sobotka railway section. It has a preserved original single-storey station building in the standard style of local railways. The settlement was formerly known as Lhota Mravinná; according to some sources, its first written mention dates from 1383.
