The Zbrašínská pouť traditionally takes place at the summer sports field in Zbrašín. The 2025 program included an evening event with music and socializing on Saturday, July 19, from 8 p.m. On Sunday, July 20, an afternoon with additional attractions and entertainment for the whole family followed from 2 p.m. The division into a musical evening and a Sunday afternoon gives the festival two distinct focuses in terms of timing and content. The event complements Zbrašín’s historical aspect with a specific local date and a communal festival program.

Hiking and Cycling Around Zbrašín

For hikers, the Louny–Jimlín–Pravda route runs from Louny along a red-marked trail to the Zbrašín waterworks. It then continues along a blue-marked trail to the junction below Pravda. The change in trail-marking colors identifies the two consecutive sections and makes it easier to follow the route as described. The hiking route is thus clearly defined by its sequence of two color-marked sections. For cyclists, the Džbánsko cycling route passes through Zbrašín via Cycle Route 304. It runs mostly along paved farm tracks to avoid road traffic. The Džbánsko cycling route often runs along ridges with views of the Central Bohemian Uplands and the Džbán Mountains. It also crosses the watershed of the Vltava, Berounka, and Ohře rivers. Ridges, distant views, and the watershed give the cycling route several landscape reference points that differ markedly from the village’s history and festival program.
