Staré Těchanovice – Views, Culture and Nature

Staré Těchanovice combines expansive landscapes with an unusually rich cultural history. It was established in 1811 with the construction of its first spa house, while mineral springs there have been documented since 1640. Since 2005, the former spa complex has been listed in the Central Register of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. It comprises eleven buildings with plots of land in the valley on both banks of the Moravice near Staré Těchanovice in the Opava District.
