Pravčice is a place with several clearly distinct points of interest: historic village architecture, traces of settlement dating back a long way, a waterscape and a designated cycling route.

Historic town center with distinctive details

The historic town center of Pravčice includes a village green along the road with granaries. The term refers to an open space laid out along the road and here points to a distinctive village structure. In the historic town center and along the edges of the green, there are also houses with exposed-brick façades. These façades give the townscape a clearly recognizable architectural accent, while the granaries complement the historic character of the green.

The listed cultural monuments include the Pravčice memorial cross. It is registered in the Central Register of Immovable Cultural Monuments under registration number 23027/7–6104. Its location is also precisely specified: the memorial cross is situated next to the Rusava River and Road III/4322. This single point of interest therefore combines a historical reference with a specific location description.

From the Bronze Age to local commemorative culture

The history of Pravčice extends far beyond its visible village architecture. In 2007, a multicultural prehistoric settlement site was excavated. It was inhabited from the Early Bronze Age, by the Věteřov culture, through to the Late Roman period. This span is particularly significant for placing the site in a chronological context: Pravčice thus represents not only a historic town center, but also a settlement history spanning several periods.

More recent elements complement these historical traces. In 1999, an electronic carillon was installed in the tower of St. Florian's Church. The “Muzeum zemědělské techniky našich dědů – Josef Netopil a synové” was ceremonially opened on May 25, 2013. Both dates belong to the more recent history of the place and show different forms of local remembrance: one connected with the church, the other with agricultural machinery.

Rusava, Hliník and Hájek

The waterways also give Pravčice its own character. The Rusava River flows through Pravčice. The only pond in Pravčice is Broďák, which is also called Hliník. Hájek, a remnant of floodplain forest, adjoins Hliník Pond. The river, pond and remnant of floodplain forest thus represent three different landscape reference points within the locality. Pravčice as a stop on longer routes

For cycling travelers, Cycling Route No. 5033 is particularly relevant. The 55-kilometer route runs from Kroměříž via Hulín, Pravčice, Količín, Holešov, Dobrotice, Jankovice, Chomýž, Brusné, Slavkov pod Hostýnem, Bystřice pod Hostýnem, Mrlínek, Libosváry, Všechovice, Kelč and Němetice to Hustopeče nad Bečvou. Pravčice is therefore part of a longer connection between several places. Pravčice is also part of the Forman Hippo Trails routes.
