Orientation between the road, cycling route and river

Road II/128 runs directly through Salačova Lhota. It therefore passes through the village itself. Cycling Route 321 also runs through Salačova Lhota between Velká Černá and Mezilesí. The road represents the route through the village, while the cycling route represents the connection between Velká Černá and Mezilesí. The two routes therefore have different spatial references, even though they pass through the same village. The difference is specific when it comes to orientation: II/128 describes a road within Salačova Lhota, while the cycling route describes a route between two places.

The Trnava River borders Salačova Lhota to the south. It therefore marks the southern side of the village and complements the transport routes with a landscape boundary. The road and cycling route run as connections, whereas Trnava forms the southern edge. Salačova Lhota is therefore bordered to the south by a natural boundary, not by another transport route.

The Stražiště educational trail as a longer hiking day

The moderately difficult, nature-oriented Stražiště educational trail is located in the region around Salačova Lhota. Walking the trail takes 4 to 8 hours. Its thematic focus is natural history. In this way, the educational trail offers a different emphasis from the cycling route or the archaeological site.

This creates two clearly different focal points for choosing an excursion: Stražiště combines natural history with three stations, while Hacpurek represents archaeology at a fixed location in Velká Černá near Salačova Lhota. Cycling Route 321 complements this contrast as a connection between Velká Černá and Mezilesí.

The Hacpurek archaeological site (Velká Čermná) offers a different perspective. It is located in Velká Černá near Salačova Lhota. Hacpurek thus complements the nature-oriented hike and the transport routes with a site of cultural and historical significance. The focus here is on archaeology, not on a hiking route. Hacpurek is an archaeological site in the surroundings of Salačova Lhota. Its location in Velká Černá distinguishes it spatially from the river and from the course of road II/128 through Salačova Lhota. The site therefore leads to a fixed location in the surrounding area. For visitors interested in cultural history, the focus here is on the archaeological subject itself.
