The establishment of the Jewish cemetery in Zběšičky was approved by the estate authorities in September 1793. The last documented burial at the cemetery took place in 1932. The restoration of the tombstones was completed in 2025; it was carried out in four stages in 2010, 2021, 2023 and 2025. The sequence of years from 1793 through 1932 to 2025 thus spans a period of more than two centuries between the approval, the last documented burial and the completion of the restoration. The cemetery therefore combines the memory of its former use with a restoration completed in 2025. In the centre of Zběšičky there is also a timber-framed rural house with an agriculturally used section of the building. The house is an important urban-planning element within the built-up area of Zběšičky.

Burial Mounds near Hanov and Čábelky

Hanov–Čábelky is a burial-mound cemetery in the UAN I category, located in the cadastral area of Hanov in the municipality of Zběšičky. The eastern group in Čábelky comprises approximately 20 burial mounds; burials took place there in the Middle Bronze Age and the Hallstatt period. A freestanding burial mound just over 2 metres high contained a burial chamber built from large stone blocks with three burials. The burials therefore belong to two different periods; the burial chamber adds a structural detail to the group. The site includes both a larger group of burial mounds and an individual mound with a stone chamber.
