Chraschtian between Local History and Nature

Another cycling tour leads from Chraschtian to Bechyně and can optionally be continued to the Černická obora game reserve.

Church, Pilgrimage and Practical Orientation

The local tradition includes the St. Bartholomew pilgrimage. It takes place on the Sunday after 24 August and complements the church’s permanent cultural and historical significance with an annually recurring occasion. Regular bus services connect Chraschtian with Týn nad Vltavou and Bechyně.
