The Chapel of Saint Anne in Milotice nad Bečvou was built in 1853 at the expense of the municipality and with the support of the residents.

Near the local chapel stands a granite memorial to the victims of the First and Second World Wars. The memorial was unveiled on June 25, 1933, and later expanded to include the names of citizens who fell between 1939 and 1945.
