The history of education is also part of Soběchleby: a Brothers’ school was founded here as early as 1555. In 1711, it was renovated and extended by an additional floor with two classrooms upstairs.

The Soběchlebský Š-krpál 2026 is scheduled for September 19, 2026; the start takes place at the TJ Sokol Soběchleby football pitch. For 2026, the 27th edition of the Putovní pohár SDH Soběchleby competition in firefighting attack for young firefighters was also scheduled for September 5.

Stations of the Cross and Quiet Discoveries

A Stations of the Cross route leads from Simře to Soběchleby. Fourteen crosses have been erected along this route. This religiously themed path adds another topic to the village church and gives your planning a different direction from a historical tour of the village or a cycling trip.
