Klokočí between Hiking Trail, Cycling Route and Village Tradition

Klokočí is a place for travelers who want to combine nature and local history on one trip. Cycling Route No. 6173 runs through the village toward the final foothills of the Oderské vrchy as well as Radíkov and Středolesí. The green hiking trail crosses the Bečva, passes the Bukoveček Nature Reserve, and continues through the valley of the Krkavec stream to Teplice nad Bečvou. This allows you to choose between the cycling route and the hiking trail as two different focal points for your trip.

From Teplice nad Bečvou, the same green hiking trail continues to the Hranická propast, described as the deepest gorge in Central Europe. The customs also give Klokočí its own character. The volunteer fire brigade organizes the traditional Vodění medvěda procession. It is an annual tradition in which a bear dances at the residents' doors. The horseback rides give the festival a different character from a day shaped by trails and landscape.
