Another testimony to the past is the memorial in Košík, erected in 1928. It depicts the seated figure of a solitary, grieving woman. A dedication and the names of the victims are carved into the front and both sides of the memorial. The design and inscriptions give this place of remembrance a clearly recognizable, understated form.

Historically, the settlements associated with Košík developed as agricultural settlements near estates belonging to the church of Rožďalovice. This context complements the archaeological evidence with a more recent history of rural development.
