Křešín – Nature, Trails and Brdy Views

Křešín lies at the northern foot of the Brdy ridges at an elevation of 448 m in a forested area managed by the Military Forests. Cycling Route 302 is moderately difficult, signposted along roads and suitable for mountain bikes and trekking bikes. On its route from Dolní Líšnice to Hořovice, it passes through Křešín. In addition, the Velký Jinecký okruh circular route runs from Jince via Křešín along Cycling Route 302 towards Felbabka. The Z Jinec na Olymp Brd educational trail passes through the Na Horách area. You can therefore choose between an educational trail, a signposted cycling route and a circular route without conflating the different options.

Chapel and Local Tradition

The Chapel of the Immaculate Virgin Mary was built in 1855. Alongside the flora, forests and trails, the chapel adds its own cultural accent. Marian devotions are held at the chapel in spring.
