Stráž: Rocky Promontory with Wide-Ranging Views

Stráž is a rocky promontory at 778 meters above sea level. In favorable weather, this point offers views of the Jizera Mountains, Paseky, Rokytnice nad Jizerou, Lysá hora (1,344 m), Kotel (1,455 m) and Zlaté návrší (1,411 m). Approximately 1 km after the trail junction, the Stráž mountain hotel lies along the route. The building was erected in 1933 by Vinohradský Sokol, adding a historical connection to the landscape.
