Syslí jámy offers a different landscape: it is a 4.7-hectare meadow where the European ground squirrel occurs, 1¼ km southeast of Loděnice. The aim of the nature conservation measures at Syslí jámy is to preserve the European ground squirrel and support its spread into the surrounding biotopes.

Špičatý vrch–Barrandovy jámy lies south of the railway station and forms the wooded southwestern part of Špičatý vrch hill; Syslí jámy lies southeast of Loděnice on a meadow.
