The Miroslavské kopce National Nature Monument consists of six independent hills in the vicinity of the town of Miroslav. To help visitors navigate this landscape, there is a green-marked educational trail laid out as a circular route. The protected features include rock communities and the vegetation of heat-loving steppe formations. Rock communities are communities of organisms associated with rocky areas. Both natural features are part of the Miroslavské kopce National Nature Monument and complement the six independent hills with specific protected natural characteristics. The landscape thus encompasses both its landforms and the rock and plant areas found there. This allows you to experience the natural area through both its forms and its protected vegetation. The protected natural features therefore give the circular trail a natural-history focus.

Another natural-history highlight lies west of the Miroslavské kopce National Nature Monument. A sports airfield borders the protected area there. It is home to a large colony of the European ground squirrel (Spermophilus citellus), which is now very rare. This specific habitat adds another documented aspect of the local natural environment to the view of the Miroslavské kopce.

Jewish Cemetery and Kostel sv. Petra a Pavla Church

The cultural exploration of Miroslav also includes the Jewish cemetery and the Kostel sv. Petra a Pavla Church. The Jewish cemetery in Miroslav contains valuable tombstones in the Classical and Baroque styles. At the church, its present form is particularly significant from a historical perspective: it was built between 1722 and 1729 by Louka Monastery. Together with the castle, this part of Miroslav provides access to various religious and architectural testimonies without reducing the individual sites to the same historical period.
