Pernek – medieval strip village on the edge of the Šumava

Pernek combines a clearly recognizable village history with a mountainous landscape on the edge of the Šumava. The settlement was first mentioned in writing in 1445 and is characterized by its regularly laid-out medieval strip-village form. At the same time, Pernek lies approximately 1 km from the left bank of the Lipno I reservoir.
