The Church of St. James is the most important monument in Lhenice. Its origins date back to the Early Gothic period; the oldest records of the sanctuary come from the 14th century. Úvoz u Lhenic is an approximately 500-metre-long, reconstructed section of the original Linecká stezka. It features tourist facilities and interactive educational elements for children.

The Blanský les Protected Landscape Area extends into the Lhenicko region. Tourist activities there are mainly possible on signposted hiking and cycling trails.
