Všetice combines equestrian sports with cultural events and seasonal traditions. Jezdecký klub Všetice offers riding instruction ranging from beginners’ introduction to equestrian sports to competition preparation in various disciplines. Statek Všetice provides a covered riding arena with a 55 × 21 metre sand arena for this purpose. This allows the area to combine sports training with individual public events and culinary occasions. Different interests can therefore be taken into account when planning: regular riding, a historically staged event day or a seasonal culinary occasion. The combination of the riding hall and sand arena reflects a clear sporting focus, while the events complement the course of the year with cultural and culinary activities.

Equestrian Sports and Historical Reenactments

The recurring Memoriál generála Custera is held in Benešov and Všetice. A Memoriál generála Custera was planned in Všetice for 22 August 2026. The programme included large-scale equestrian manoeuvres. A staged battle display depicting the Battle of Little Bighorn, with cavalry attacks, gunfire and an audio narrative, was also planned. This programme therefore placed sporting equestrian performances alongside a historical depiction enhanced by narrative and acoustic elements. The event was designed as a combination of equestrian sports and narrated history.

Public Events at Statek Všetice

The entire Statek Všetice complex is closed to the public, except during several public events. Recurring events include the Krásný Ztráty festival, which has been held at Statek Všetice for several years. The annual festival brings together different musical styles, genres and generations. Zabijačkové hody are held at Statek Všetice every February, and a Svatomartinské menu is offered in November. The two events focus on different culinary themes throughout the year. Together with the festival, they form an events calendar that brings music and seasonal food culture together on separate dates. The complex’s closed character outside such events remains an important part of orientation.

Mountains, Views and Cultural Destinations in the Wider Area

The mountains of Jáchym, Ďábel, Vesely and V Lipi are located around Všetice. They form the landscape component of the local surroundings and complement the equestrian and cultural events held at the Statek with mountain-related destinations. The wider region around Všetice also includes the Mod lookout point, Karlštejn Castle, Práče Fortress and the Church of Malá Svatá Hora. Different types of destinations can therefore be found side by side: mountains for scenic impressions, a lookout point, a castle, a fortress and a church. There are four mountains in the surrounding area for excursions; the wider regional area also includes a lookout point, castle, fortress and church.

Other Places in the Broader Selection
